Enjoy our big holiday house: 2 duplex cottages with 3 comfortable bedrooms and breathtaking view!
Les Gîtes de l'Alise are ideally located on the southern slopes of Gérardmer, on the edge of the forest. The chalet overlooks the valley. The vast panorama offers a constantly changing but invariably luminous spectacle.
The property consists of a large house and a large green space of 32 acres. It is the perfect place for a wellness holiday with family and children!
The entire property was completely renovated, redesigned and decorated in a sleek contemporary style in 2016. Learn more about us and our project!

The holiday cottages
The house consists of two duplex cottages of equivalent standard with separate entrances and separate terraces, both overlooking the Gérardmer valley, its lake and the Ballons des Vosges mountains.
The two gîtes are called Gîte de l'Alise Sud and Gîte de l'Alise Haut.
Each gîte has a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, an infrared sauna and a washer-dryer.
The heating is electric and underfloor. Thermostats are available in each room.
The usual capacity is 6 guests per maisonette.
However, we have designed the chalet to also serve as a very large holiday home for 12 people, thanks to a double door connecting the two accommodations.
The wooden terraces in the region will immediately put you in the holiday mood. Garden furniture and a barbecue will be your allies on these pleasant south-facing surfaces.
Amenities
Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday is provided: a cosy space in the large living room, high-quality, quiet appliances, a 140 cm HD flat-screen TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth sound system, a PlayStation 3 and games, a library and board games for all ages, and various toys. In terms of wellness, each bathroom has a large shower and a sauna for 3-4 people.
The beds are made on arrival, and towels and kitchen cleaning supplies are provided.
Cleaning is included in the charges, as are water and electricity.
People with allergies are welcome: the bedding is suitable, the floors are hard and pets are not allowed.
Snow clearance is provided daily up to the front door of the cottages.
A range of baby equipment can be provided on request: cot, high chair, changing mat, etc.
A pétanque / skittles court and car park are also available for your use.
A ski room with boot warmers and a bicycle room, as well as a games room with table football, darts, Playmobil toys, etc., complete the facilities.
